The program begins with online registration and continues through orientation, idea development, evaluation, workshops, mentorship and final presentation.
Progression to later stages depends on eligibility, submission quality, programme participation and evaluation results.

1. Online Registration
Register individually or form a team containing a maximum of five eligible members.
Initial Submission
2. Share Your Business Idea
Submit the problem, solution, target users, category, current stage and expected value. An early-stage idea is acceptable.

3. Online Orientation Webinar
Understand the programme structure, rules, key dates, submission guidelines, evaluation and next steps.

4. Detailed Idea Development
Develop the problem statement, solution, customer, differentiation, revenue approach, resource need and possible impact.
Preliminary Evaluation
5. Idea Screening and Assessment
Eligible ideas are reviewed against published criteria. Registration alone does not guarantee shortlisting.

6. District-Level Workshops
Shortlisted participants learn validation, business models, marketing, finance, operations and presentation skills.
Mentor Stage
7. Professional Feedback and Refinement
Improve problem clarity, target market, solution feasibility, revenue assumptions, execution and pitch presentation.
Semi-Final Stage
8. Present the Improved Concept
Progress, market validation, feasibility, financial understanding, commitment and presentation may be assessed.
Finalist Preparation
9. Build the Final Pitch
Prepare a professional pitch covering the problem, solution, market, business model, finances, team and resource requirement.
Grand Finale
10. Final Presentation and Investor Connect
Finalists may present before the jury, mentors, industry professionals and invited potential investors.
